That is why I gathered all the information, strategies, and truths I have learned over 17 years in order to share them with you, to help you overcome anxious thoughts and feelings in a shorter amount of time than I did. The Mind Restored Life is a Biblically-based anxiety recovery program with a holistic approach. I spent hours of my time, energy and money on all sorts of remedies to relieve anxiety. I kept the habits that brought me peace, health and restoration and compiled them into an easy-to-follow program built on the foundations of what actually works.
